This session includes a thorough intake with each client to make a unique treatment plan. Communication is key to find the pressure that feels best for you. Any of my techniques could be called upon to find the right fit. These include: Deep Tissue, Cupping, Myofascial Therapy, Trigger Point, PNF Stretching, Swedish. If you have the need to use a Massage Chair, please let me know in advance so I may have the right equipment ready for you.

Professional Massage Therapy at your place of residence. You designate a space, and I bring all of the supplies to have a wellness experience right in your home. Performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on, this is excellent for relieving stress and tension when physical limitations or time constrains don't allow you to get onto a massage table. Please inquire for a session longer than 30min.

Lymphatic Drainage is a very light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes, and away from swollen areas. This is good for treating specific ailments, pre/post surgery, injuries with swelling, and has numerous other benefits.

This is designed to meet the specific needs of the elderly, taking into consideration any injuries, limitations, or medications. It helps to improve blood circulation, relieve pain, and increase range of motion. It can help the person's overall health, as well as to regain certain physical functions that have been reduced due to aging. This is therapeutic as well for feelings of loneliness or depression. Please let me know if you are unable to safely get on and off of a massage table by yourself.

​Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. It is based on the idea that we all have an unseen "life force energy" within us. The benefits range from the release of mental/emotional stress, to alleviating chronic pain, and having a better sense of well-being. The recipient is fully clothed on a massage table (or chair if needed), and can choose to have light and minimal hands on touch, or no touch at all.
